Terms and Conditions KLWinMY – Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the klwinmy platform ("we", "klwinmy", or "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the klwinmy website, or using our mobile app, you expressly consent to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the klwinmy platform immediately. Continued use of this platform after any amendments to these terms is deemed as your acceptance of such changes.

To use the klwinmy platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and continued use.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from territories where the use of online betting services is not prohibited by local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never had an account terminated or suspended at klwinmy for prior terms violations.
• Not classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without proper disclosure.

The klwinmy account registration process is free and open to all individuals who meet the stated eligibility requirements. During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information including full name, date of birth, phone number and valid email address.

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any time. The presence of multiple accounts under the same name, same IP address, or same device is considered a violation of terms and klwinmy has the right to suspend all such accounts while forfeiting any existing balance and bonuses.

• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Notify klwinmy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account information must be updated within 14 days if any changes occur.
• Sharing accounts with other individuals is completely prohibited.

Klwinmy supports multiple payment methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay), as well as selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed automatically and typically credited to your account within minutes.

For withdrawals, klwinmy processes all valid requests within 15 to 60 minutes for members who have fully completed the KYC verification process. Members who have not completed KYC may experience longer processing times of up to 3 working days.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.

Wagering requirements are the primary conditions that must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn. Different wagering requirements may apply depending on the type of bonus received.

• Standard welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20x bonus amount.
• Bonus validity period: 14 days from the date the bonus is credited unless otherwise stated.
• Unused bonuses within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new account.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is fraud and violates the terms.
• Exclusive klwinmy app user bonuses are available to all members who use the official mobile app.

All games offered at klwinmy are run using Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been certified and audited by recognized independent bodies. This ensures every game outcome is genuinely random and free from any interference or manipulation.

For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system. In case of technical disruption or system error during a game session, klwinmy will use all reasonable measures to ensure affected transactions are resolved fairly, including canceling bets and refunding stakes if necessary.

• Game results displayed by the klwinmy system are final.
• All winnings are automatically credited to your account balance once the game is completed.
• klwinmy reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
• Bets placed using inside information or invalid means are prohibited.
• Use of automated software (bots) or wagering systems that manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Klwinmy takes a zero-tolerance approach to any form of dishonest, disruptive, or unlawful behavior on our platform. The following list covers but is not limited to conduct that may result in disciplinary action:

• Identity fraud or using another individual's personal information.
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game results.
• Use of unauthorized third-party software to automate gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving abusively towards customer support staff.
• Posting harmful, misleading or illegal content through our platform.

Klwinmy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes violations of these terms, suspected activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time through account settings or by contacting the klwinmy support team. In cases of voluntary account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned to you after the verification process is complete, subject to relevant conditions.

• Voluntary account closure: Balance refunded within 3–5 working days.
• Termination due to violation: Balance may be forfeited depending on the violation that occurred.
• Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will not be refunded.
• You may request a review of the termination within 30 days through official support channels.

The klwinmy platform is provided "as is" and klwinmy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. klwinmy is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond klwinmy's control.
• Loss of data or information due to third-party interference or natural disasters.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes — all games use fair and neutral RNG.
• Actions or failures of third-party payment providers beyond klwinmy's control.

In any event, klwinmy's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made within 30 days prior to the liability claim arising.

Klwinmy reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of klwinmy operations. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the klwinmy platform shall be resolved first through internal negotiation process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration through a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language used in any proceedings is Bahasa Malaysia or English.
